Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll notify you if there are any delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:

• Domestic (Cyprus): 2–5 business days
• Europe / EU: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–14 business days

EU Orders We ship to all European Union countries. Please note that EU customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law, as outlined in our [Return & Refund Policy].

Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at eertekin@ucsb.edu so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Return Shipping If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label with instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.
